SUMMARY
- Athletes and their families collect orders and payments (a great place to start are family members, neighbours and friends).
- They compile all of this information into one big order for that athlete and make a lump sum payment to Vortex via e-transfer for all of the pizzas they have sold.
- Families will collect their pizzas and deliver them to their customers.
- $7 of each pizza or pizza screen sold will go into a fundraising account for that athlete which can be used for Water Polo trips or programs.
ORDER DEADLINE & PAYMENT
- Friday, October 28, 2022 (late orders will not be accepted)
ORDER PICK-UP
- Saturday, November 19, 2022 between 2:00pm to 3:00pm
- Pan Am Pool Parking Lot

PAYMENT
Please send an e-transfer with your FULL total owing to fundvortex@gmail.com by end of day Friday, October 28, 2022 or your order will not be submitted with the group order and no late orders will be accepted.

- Keep your order form so that you can distribute your order to your purchasers.

- Pick-up your order between 2-3pm on Saturday, November 19, 2022. (Location TBD depending on the weather)
